Villa Management
Our Villa is managed by “Hayley Homes” who have an office in Hisaronu on the Ata cd, opposite the London Hotel. They provide all of the Villa maintenance and cleaning services and transfers to and from the Airport. There are contact numbers in the Villa for any support you may need.

Property Overview
This property has been furnished to a very high standard. All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with floor-standing fans and air conditioning units, while the lounge, all opening windows, and doors feature mosquito fly screens.
Two downstairs bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. For your peace of mind, the property includes security bars on downstairs windows, a burglar alarm, and CCTV monitoring both entrances. We also provide safety gates on the stairs to ensure the little ones are protected.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features a large lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a cloakroom. Both the kitchen and lounge lead out to an ‘L’-shaped covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining.
Outdoor Living & Pool
The terrace runs along the side of the villa down to the private pool and children’s pool. It is equipped with sensor lights that turn on automatically—also found in the bathrooms, balconies, and staircase—so there is no need for light switches.
The terrace is ideal for home-cooked barbecues on the built-in grill, relaxing in a chair, or watching the sun sink behind the mountains. The main pool features a shallow end accessible by stepladder, while the separate children’s pool is perfect for toddlers to dip their toes in under a parasol. For safety, the pool area is secured by a sliding gate at the end of the terrace steps and a sprung gate near the pathway. At night, two colour-changing LED floodlights illuminate the area, adding a vibrant atmosphere to your evening.
