The Villa
The property has been furnished to a very high standard and all upstairs bedrooms have floor standing fans and Air Conditioning Units, as well as the lounge and all opening windows and doors, are fitted with Mosquito fly screens. The two downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also parking for 4 cars adjacent to the villa. We are very security conscious and have Security bars on downstairs windows plus a small burglar alarm just to give you total confidence at all times. Also on the stairs, we have introduced safety gates to prevent the little ones from using the staircase when your back is turned.
The ground floor consists of a large lounge seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a cloakroom/toilet. Leading from the Kitchen and the Lounge is the covered terrace area for outdoor dining and which runs 'L' shaped along the side of the villa and down to the private pool and children's pool. The terrace is fitted with Sensor Lights which come on automatically. They are also in all of the bathrooms and the staircase so no need to use light switches.
The terrace is great to enjoy a home-cooked barbecue or simply to relax in a chair and watch the sun sink behind the mountains. The pool is great for a refreshing dip and has a shallow end where you enter the pool by stepladder. For those of you who don't swim or for the toddlers there is a small children's pool, great for dipping your toes in or to sit there under a parasol sipping a cool drink. The Villa has a built-in Barbecue and great for a leisurely meal by the pool. The pool area has a sliding gate at the end of the terrace steps and an opening/closing sprung gate by the pool area as you exit to the pathway. We have installed two colour change LED floodlights which overhang the terrace. They add some great colour to the pool area at night.
Villa Management
Our Villa is managed by New Generation Property Services who have an office in Hisaronu on the main Ovacik road towards Fethiye. They provide all of the Villa maintenance, Villa cleaning services and transfers to and from the Airport. There is a 24-hour emergency number and contact numbers in the Villa for their services.
