Seamless Airport Transfers
Skip the hassle of public transport. We offer private transfers from Dalaman Airport to the villa, with a journey time of approximately 60 minutes.
Transfers are available from £90–£100 return for up to 4 people. Please ask for a cost for larger groups and child seats.
Your Journey
Your driver will meet you at the airport ramp with a sign showing your name. They will help with your luggage and hand you the villa keys upon arrival. On your departure day, the driver will collect you from the villa and take you to the airport. Please remember to hand the keys to the driver when you leave.
Hire Cars
Many companies operate at or close to the airport at Dalaman. You can also hire a car in the resort for a short period of time.
Dalaman Airport
The closest airport to the villa is Mugla Dalaman often just called Dalaman. The journey to the villa is about 60 minutes. The majority of the journey is over a dual carriageway however there are some smaller roads as you drive out of Dalaman and around the edge of Fethiye. The dual carriage way is in good condition and well maintained.
Transport
The easiest way of getting to the resort for a group is by a pre arranged private transfer. You can always use a taxi direct from the airport if you wish. Hire cars are also available at the airport and close by, always pre-book this option.
Flights
There are direct flights from most UK airports to Dalaman between April and November with many different airlines. The flight time is normally quoted as 4hrs. However we have noticed depending on the routing and air space restrictions flights can be as quick as 3hr 30m. If you are flying over the winter period from November Easy Jet fly direct on a limited service to Gatwick.
Another option all year would be to fly from the UK to Istanbul which is available with Turkish Airways and Pegasus (A Turkish low cost airline) all year round. From Istanbul you can then fly to Dalaman with a connecting flight. The whole travel time would be nearer 7hr 30m as connections are normally around 2hrs in the airport. However be warned Istanbul has two airports which are a long way apart so make sure you arrive and depart from the same one. Turkish Airlines fly to the brand new airport which is massive and its abbreviation is IST. Pegasus fly's in to the older airport SAW.
On Turkish Airlines you get 20kg of hold luggage, a meal and drink plus a choice of films and games on a seat based entertainment system as part of the ticket price. However both firms deliver your luggage to the new plane for you as long as you are flying with them again and not someone else.
Flying Home
Dalaman is a well maintained modern airport. It has a free WiFi option for one hour by collecting a code from a special machine. Massive amount of shops and places to eat as well as duty free priced in Euros. Be warned food and drink is very over priced so we recommend getting a cafe or bar to make you up a roll for the journey. We have found one drinking water dispenser to fill bottles but it is well hidden as they make a fortune from selling bottled water. It is located after right at the end near gate 40 / 41.
